Rugby is increasingly becoming a popular choice for girls throughout the UK, and at Central Weald Dragons this is no different with many girls trying out the sport with us and going on to represent Sussex at County level.

Training for and playing rugby is an excellent way for girls to excercise, meet new freinds, and develop life skills.
